BatchDialer Remediation

Written by Carlen Gomez

This guide introduces you to BatchDialer Remediation, our free tool for business verification that helps protect your phone numbers from spam labels and improve your outbound calling performance.

BatchDialer Remediation lets you authenticate your business directly in the platform. This helps carriers identify your calls as genuine, potentially increasing answer rates and decreasing spam alerts.

How To Use BatchDialer Remediation

First, log in to BatchDialer and go to the Phone Numbers section. You’ll see your phone numbers listed here, along with their current status. Look for numbers labeled ActionRequired — these need verification.

Note: To initiate remediation, an Action Required notification will be displayed on the Phone Numbers page for users.

When users click Verify Your Business, an informational pop-up will appear, highlighting the benefits of remediation, the required verification details, and the estimated approval timeline.

Before beginning the business verification process, please ensure you have the following information ready:

  • Contact information (name, title, email, phone number)

  • Business information (company name, website, employee count)

  • EIN or DUNS verification details

  • Business address

  • Calling activity information (call type, volume, providers)

To proceed, you will need to provide all necessary details regarding your business and calling activities by completing the remediation request form.

After submission, the request begins the verification process. Approval times can differ, but typically, most requests are handled within 3-5 business days.

Users can view the status of their remediation request directly in the Remediation Status section on the Phone Numbers page.

Note: Once your business information has been submitted for verification, you’ll receive an email update from our team regarding your verification status, including any additional information needed or confirmation once approved. After verification is completed, the app status will update to “Completed,” and any new numbers added to your account will automatically be protected without needing to repeat the process.
