Recommended Next Steps

In addition to the required setup tasks, BatchDialer provides several optional recommendations designed to improve your workflow and calling performance.

While these steps aren't required to begin dialing, they can help optimize your team's efficiency and results.

Phone Number Health

The Phone Number Health feature, originally located on the Phone Numbers page, enables users to track the reputation and status of their active lines. This update adds an Unclaimed Phone Numbers widget to highlight available numbers within a user's plan that are not yet in use. By promoting fuller use of allotted numbers, this tool aims to boost dialing performance and health through better number rotation.

The three status categories under Phone Number Health are:

  1. Healthy Numbers: Shows the count of numbers currently in good standing linked to the account.

  2. Flagged Numbers: Identifies numbers that need review because of reputation or health issues.

  3. Unclaimed Phone Numbers: Indicates how many plan-inclusive numbers remain unactivated or unclaimed.
