Phone Reputation Monitoring is available in all BatchDialer plans.
This feature helps protect your outbound calling performance by monitoring the reputation of your phone numbers and automatically replacing numbers that may be flagged as spam.
This includes:
Phone number reputation pre-screening on all numbers included in your plan per agent at no additional cost
Daily monitoring of phone number spam score ratings
Automatic replacement (if enabled) of phone numbers that become marked as spam

Go to "Phone system" in your menu, the "phone numbers". Don't have phone numbers yet? Click here to learn how to add them. When you add a phone number to your account, phone monitoring is automatically enabled.

Once the number is added, it will immediately begin monitoring its reputation status. You will see a shield icon next to the phone number under the Reputation column, which indicates that monitoring is active.
PLEASE NOTE: We recommend replacing numbers instead of deleting them as the reputation monitoring slot will still be taken until the end of the billing period. Replacing numbers will give you a new number with the original area code the replaced number had. The only time we recommend deleting a number is if you need a different area code.
Once a phone number is being monitored for Reputation, its status will appear as Green if the number is safe, or Red if it has been marked as SPAM by most carriers.
You can always hover over the question mark next to the Reputation column to see details on how your phone numbers are being evaluated.
The phone number will auto-replace when marked as SPAM if you have set the Phone Auto-Replacement as ON (Must be turned on manually).
One of the great features of the phone number for Reputation Monitoring is that it will show you results for each carrier as how the phone number will display at different carriers' end. These results display as soon as you hover your mouse pointer on the Green icon under Reputation.
At the top of the screen you'll be able to see:
Phone Reputation Usage - This will display the usage of the Subscription limit which is 15 in this case and 12 numbers are already been added for the Reputation Monitoring.

Clean Numbers - This will display how many numbers are clean out of the phone numbers added for the monitoring.
Flagged / Flagged in past 24hrs / Flagged in past 7 days - This will display any numbers flagged by the providers in total, in the past day and past week
